salsa choices:  It’s Not Hot You’re Drunk (mild), Hide Yo’ Lipstick (medium), and STFU (hot).

 

3 Little Pigs:  Pulled pork, pickles and onions topped w/sweet bbq sauce and ranch on slider buns.  $9

 

The Friday Kabob:  Kabobs w/onions and bell peppers.  Chicken $9.  Shrimp*** $9.  ***Shrimp is only available on Fridays during Lent***

Forget About It:  Grilled chicken Breast stuffed w/freshly chopped garlic, baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and a blend of Italian cheeses topped with a slice of thick-cut bacon and a tomato on a toasted bun.  $13

 

GPS:  Grilled chicken breast topped w/goat cheese, roasted poblano pepper*, shiitake mushrooms, thick-cut bacon, and house made sun-dried tomato mayo on a toasted bun. $13 (add a fried egg for $1 more) *poblano peppers take 20-25 minutes to roast and rest… TOTALLY worth the wait!

 

The Franklin:  Pulled pork, pickles, and onions with grilled jalapenos topped by TX-style bbq sauce on a toasted bun.  $10

All burgers are 7oz. pre-cook weight cooked medium to medium-well served on a buttered and toasted bun with crisps, and mixed greens topped by a seasonal dressing.

French Canadian Breakfast:  Maple Sausage/Angus Beef blended cheddar cheeseburger topped with thick-cut bacon, hash browns, fried egg, and ligonberry jam on a French-Toast bun.  $15

 

Good Morning Katy:  American cheeseburger topped w/a slice of thick-cut bacon, hash browns, fried egg, tomato, and mayo.  $12

 

Good Morning Pasadena:  Pepper Jack cheeseburger topped w/chorizo, hash browns, fried egg, tomato, and mayo. $12 (heat it up a little more with grilled jalapenos for half a buck)

 

Them Manvel Boys:  Cheddar cheeseburger topped w/pulled pork, Slovacek’s jalapeno sausage, pickles, sweet bbq sauce, fried egg, and ranch. $13  Upgrade this monster to a Bought The Farm burger with thick-cut bacon and hash browns for only $2 more!

 

Char’s Reuben:  Corned beef/Angus beef blended patty forms the perfect Reuben/Burger combo topped with more corned beef, Swiss, Sauerkraut, Swiss, and Thousand Island dressing on rye toast. $13

 

C&B:  Cheddar cheeseburger topped w/two slices of thick-cut bacon, tomato and ranch dressing. $12  Upgrade to TX-Style… grilled onions and jalapenos with ranch verde for $1!

Little Italy:  Chopped pepperoni/Angus Beef blended burger topped by provolone, sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and provolone on a garlic toast bun.  $13 (add jals, bacon or extra cheese for $1)

 

Little Italy Supreme:  Italian Sausage/Angus Beef blended burger topped by provolone, sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, pizza sauce, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, and another slice of provolone on a garlic toast bun.  $15 (add jalapenos, bacon or extra cheese for a buck)

 

Be Easy:  Cheddar, American or Pepper Jack cheeseburger topped w/lettuce, pickle, tomato, and mayo. $10      (add a fried egg or thick-cut bacon for $1 more, jalapenos for only 2 quarters)

 

Q-P-Chee:  For the kids or smaller stomach… 1/4lb. cheeseburger w/lettuce, pickle and tomato.  $8

 

The King’s 10-Pounder*:  4lb.
